Why a bath?
One of the most popular parts of many bedtime rituals is a giving baby a bath. Sitting in warm water is a soothing experience, and it is a great way to ease your baby into bedtime.
Infant massage has been linked to improved sleep, growth and reduction of colic. A loving touch relaxes your baby and lessens tension, fussiness and irritability. It can improve muscle tone and circulation, too, and may also improve your baby’s awareness.
