Director of Operations

Mommy’s Bliss is looking for full-time, motivated, collaborative, friendly, and goal-oriented Director, to oversee the supply chain arm of the company, you will play a significant role in successfully enabling the company to reach its retail fulfillment needs, fulfillment of new product inventory requirements and GMP requirements. Exemplary leadership skills and focus on continuous optimization of scaling operation processes will be a critical component to both your success and that of Mommy’s Bliss. We seek a leader who will be responsible for oversight and direct management of the Mommy’s Bliss warehouse operations by leading a team, to meet strategic annual and long-term projects and priorities.

Human Resources Manager

Mommy’s Bliss is looking for a full-time, motivated, friendly, and knowledgeable HR Manager to join the team.  With direction from the CEO and President the Human Resources Manager oversees and guides the day to day administration, coordination and implementation of all Human Resource policies, Human Resource programs and HRIS/Payroll administration. This position ensures programs are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations, acts as a liaison between employees and third-party administrators and proactively recommends Human Resources policies and procedures.

The team is currently less than 30 people, with most team members based in the corporate office. Data Entry Specialist/ Order Processor

Responsible for ensuring account orders are processed efficiently and meet account requirements. This position contributes to the company’s sales goals by ensuring customer fulfillment requests are met and processed. Responsible for all EDI, portal, fax and email order processing; ensuring they are reviewed and entered into Navision to meet shipping requirements and deadlines. This position works closely with Warehouse, Sales and Operations.

Reports to Finance Manager

This is a Full-Time position and based in our corporate office.
