Director of Ecommerce

Mommy’s Bliss is seeking a Director of eCommerce. This role will lead the strategy and implementation of a shopping cart on Mommy’s Bliss website, while directing and developing strategy of our current Amazon business and overseeing dedicated National Sales Manager. This role requires enthusiasm and a savvy ecommerce mindset to develop the Ecommerce department and integrate into the Mommy’s Bliss business. They will work cross functionally to execute the long-term vision for the D2C website once basic functionality is in place. This role will lead the merchandising and marketing strategy to deliver sales goals, with daily collaboration across marketing, brand, sales and operation teams.

Director of Quality

The Director of Quality will be responsible for ensuring appropriate methods are strategically integrated into the broader company goals, taking long- and short-term views on product quality as products, processes, and company priorities evolve. Additional primary duties include compliance with GMPs and testing best practices, coordination with QA, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs for specifications ensuring the identity, purity, strength, potency, and composition of Mommy’s Bliss, personal care, dietary supplement, and OTC drugs. This role will lead, mentor, and develop our quality management team. The ideal candidate is eager to take on new challenges and is willing to identify areas for improvement.

Quality Assurance Technician

The Quality Assurance Technician will provide support to ensure finished product released for distribution meets safety and quality standards.  The position is responsible for accurate documentation and upholding business procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and company certifications. This role supports the company operations to ensure final product meets internal specification and retailer requirements and performs tasks as necessary to meet shipment deadlines. The Quality Assurance Technician will attend meetings as required. This position requires 40 hours per week in our Pt. Richmond warehouse.
