Ingredients
Magnesium (as magnesium oxide), Organic Chamomile Flower (Matricaria recutita), Organic Passionflower aerial parts including leaf (Passilora incarnata), Organic Lemon Balm aerial parts including leaf (Melissa officinalis). Other Ingredients: Xylitol, Natural Grape Flavor, Citric Acid, Cellulose, Vegetable Extract Color, Stearic Acid (Vegetarian), Organic Stevia Leaf Extract, Natural Vanilla Flavor, Salt.
How to use
Take 30-60 minutes before bedtime, chewing until fully dissolved. For short-term use only. Consult pediatrician before use.
Recommended use: Start with 1 tablet, increasing to age adjusted maximum if needed.

Nope! Our Kids Sleep Chewable and Kids Sleep Liquid are both sugar free.
Can you take sleep chewables with kids night time cough syrup or gripe water night time?
Yes! You can combine these, as long as you follow all directions and serving recommendations for both products.
Can these Chewables be given to my child every night?
Sleep Chewables, like all products containing melatonin, are recommended for short term use only. Please consult your pediatrician prior to use.
Are these chewables habit forming?
No, our Sleep Chewables are non-habit-forming. Please do follow all directions for use.
Is it safe to give melatonin to kids?
Assuming you follow all the directions on our label, melatonin is a safe supplement for children.
Is this melatonin sourced from animals or is it synthetic?
We use synthetic melatonin in our sleep gummies. Though it’s possible to source natural animal melatonin, this carries the risk of contamination from viruses or bacteria, and we’d rather not go there. We’re keeping our eyes on the relatively new development of plant-based melatonin, but for now, it’s not well-suited to the formulation of an effective supplement.
