Shipping FAQs

How do I track my order? Or Where is my order?

Once we have shipped your order, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you that includes a tracking number.If you did not receive the email, be sure to check your spam folder. If you can’t locate the email or your order, please contact us at customerservice@mommysbliss.com

How can I edit my shipping address?

Please reach out to customerservice@mommysbliss.comas soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your shipping address. 

When will my order arrive?

Your order should be delivered in 2-5 business days during normal volume times for our shipping carriers (e.g., Fedex, UPS, USPS).

We’re moms and dads picking, packing, and shipping your products, and make every effort to get you more bliss as early as possible. We’ll ship your order today (if placed before 12:30pm PT), or the next business day. If you order during a holiday weekend or season, those times may be extended.

When will my product ship?

We’re moms and dads picking, packing, and shipping your products, and make every effort to get you more bliss as early as possible. We’ll ship your order today (if placed before 9:00 AM PT), or the next business day.  Your order should be delivered in 2-5 business days during normal volume times for our shipping carriers (e.g., Fedex, UPS, USPS). During holidays, these periods may be extended due to staffing and logistics timing.

What countries do you ship to?

Mommy’s Bliss currently only ships to the 50 US States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to US territories or Internationally at this time.

Please utilize the “Contact Us” link below to request if we have a partner in your country. Additionally, we require that you check your country’s customs rules and regulations before trying to import a supplement into your country as some ingredients may not be allowed into your country and therefore may result in confiscation of the product.

Do you have a Satisfaction Guarantee?

45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Mommy’s Bliss, we stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Mommy’s Bliss product purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers, we will replace or exchange the product or offer a refund within 45 days of purchase. *

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Mommy’s Bliss 45-Day Blissful Guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

How to Claim the Guarantee

You must submit your request within 45 days of the date of purchase.

To submit a guaranteed request, please email us at customerservice@mommysbliss.com and provide us with the following information: name of product, date of purchase, proof of purchase and reason for dissatisfaction (additional information may be required)

*Mommy’s Bliss reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and to deny in full, the 45-Day Bliss Guarantee request based solely on its discretion and if a customer has abused the Mommy’s Bliss 45-Day Blissful Guarantee.

Can I return an item purchased through another online store or distributor?

Unfortunately, our eCommerce store is unable to accept items purchased through other distributors as returns. We recommend you contact them directly to return your items.

Can I return a sale item?

Unfortunately, we make our sale items final sale.
