Why do I need to discard the Baby Probiotic Drops Skin Support after 8 weeks?

When handled and stored as directed (protected from contamination, well closed, in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight), unopened product should remain safe to consume until the expiration date printed on its packaging. Once opened, we suggest discarding eight weeks after opening, to protect from potential contamination and degradation that might be caused by repeated handling.

Can I use gripe water and probiotics together?

Great idea! We recommend using Baby Probiotic Drops Skin Support on a daily basis to support skin health.* When colic symptoms show up, turn to Gripe Water to soothe them on the spot.*

Do probiotics need to be refrigerated?

Our probiotics don’t require refrigeration, but they must be stored at 77°F (25°C) or below to maintain potency throughout the labeled shelf life of the product. It’s possible that refrigeration can prolong that shelf life, but it’s not necessary. Make sure you keep the bottle tightly closed if you pop the bottle in the fridge or freezer, and only freeze unopened vials to avoid any moisture pickup when they thaw.

How does this probiotic support my baby’s skin?

Mommy’s Bliss Baby Probiotic Drops Skin Support balances baby’s skin internally with a clinical studied probiotic strain, HOWARU® HN001, to support skin health. * We recommend using along with our Baby Eczema Daily Moisturizer and Spot Treatment.

What are probiotics? Are they safe?

Probiotics are living microorganisms (often bacteria, sometimes yeasts) that scientific research has shown to be beneficial to human health. In some cases they’re similar to, or the same as, the microbes already found in a healthy digestive tract. Many probiotics were originally isolated from common fermented foods, such as yogurt. Our Baby Probiotic Drops Skin Support contain the live culture Lactobacillus rhamnosus HN001, which has been extensively studied from early infancy through elder age, as well as in pregnant and lactating women. Most notable is its ability to impact the immune system
