How to Claim the Guarantee

  • You must submit your request within 45 days of the date of purchase.
  • To submit a guaranteed request, please email us at customerservice@mommysbliss.com and provide us with the following information: name of product, date of purchase, proof of purchase and reason for dissatisfaction (additional information may be required).

Can I return an item purchased through another online store or distributor?
