I’ve been taking mommy’s bliss prenatal vitamins throughout my pregnancy— now 9 months. I find they are relatively easy to swallow, haven’t caused me constipation, and taking the +iron ones I have staved off anemia even in the third trimester while maintaining a vegan diet throughout my pregnancy (I am a longtime vegan, so am also experienced with the diet). I recommend these vitamins and would take them again in a future pregnancy as well.

They really helped compared to the other brands out there. I really love that they are gelatin and gluten free and other harmful stuff. I’m worried about the bottle I ordered on Amazon. It looked different than the usual ones I ordered.

The only prenatal I've found that has no lead contamination. The iron also is balanced with ingredients to help it slowly release, preventing nausea.

I got the Mommy's Bliss - Prenatal Vitamins - Multivitamin + Iron for one of my girls who has had issues taking other prenatal vitamins. As to date ahe has been taking the Mommy's Bliss - Prenatal Vitamins - Multivitamin + Iron with no issues.
