At Mommy’s Bliss, we stand behind our products 100%. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Mommy’s Bliss product purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers, we will replace or exchange the product or offer a refund within 45 days of purchase.

That because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the Mommy’s Bliss 45-Day Blissful Guarantee does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
*45-Day Blissful Guarantee is not valid for Final Sale Items.
How to Claim the Guarantee
- You must submit your request within 45 days of the date of purchase.
- To submit a guaranteed request, please email us at customerservice@mommysbliss.com and provide us with the following information: name of product, date of purchase, proof of purchase and reason for dissatisfaction (additional information may be required).
- You may also call Customer Service at 1-877-457-4955 or mail documentation and proof of purchase to: Mommy’s Bliss Attn: Consumer Relations 1001 Canal Blvd. Suite C Richmond, CA 94804
Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your documentation and proof of purchase.
Guarantee Guidelines
*Mommy’s Bliss reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and to deny in full, the 45-Day Bliss Guarantee request based solely on its discretion and if a customer has abused the Mommy’s Bliss 45-Day Blissful Guarantee.
*Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your documentation and proof of purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable, including under the Satisfaction Guarantee policy.
