When will my order arrive?
Once our carrier partners (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) pick up your order, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days under normal shipping conditions. We strive to ship orders by the next business day after they are received. However, if your order is placed over the weekend or during the holiday season, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.

What countries do you ship to?
Mommy’s Bliss currently ships only to the 50 U.S. states and does not offer shipping to U.S. territories or international locations at this time.

45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At Mommy’s Bliss, we stand behind our products 100%. If you're not completely satisfied with a Mommy’s Bliss product purchased from us or one of our authorized sellers, we’re happy to offer a replacement, exchange, or refund within 45 days of purchase. *
*Please note that our 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies only to qualifying purchases, and all documentation must be submitted and verified to qualify for the guarantee. It does not cover products bought from unauthorized sellers, as we cannot guarantee their quality.
*Final sale items are not eligible for the 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
How to Claim the Guarantee
*You must submit your request within 45 days of the date of purchase.

- Name of product
- Date of purchase
- Proof of purchase (copy of receipt)
- Reason for dissatisfaction (additional information may be required)

Mommy’s Bliss reserves the right to verify information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny in full the 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee request based solely on its discretion and if a customer has abused the Mommy’s Bliss 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

Can I return an item purchased through another online store or distributor?
Unfortunately, no. Our eCommerce store cannot accept returns for items purchased through other distributors. We recommend reaching out to the original seller directly to process your return..
Can I return a sale item?
Unfortunately, no. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or covered under our 45-day Satisfaction Guarantee.
